Workday is expanding operations into Mexico and named Guillermo Reynoso as the country manager. The company said service partners are available to assist with local deployments. Already, some 350 organizations are using Workday in Mexico.

Employers have resumed recruiting for executive posts, at least in some industries reports the New York Times. Recruiters are most active in technology, healthcare, financial services, and consumer packaged goods, but activity among retailers, apparel makers, airlines, hotels, and academic institutions are “moribund.”
