The Acquisition of Human Resources Plus by JER HR Group Is Announced

JER HR Group and Human Resources Plus jointly announce JER HR Group’s acquisition of Human Resources Plus, Inc. in a private transaction. Human Resources Plus (HRP) is a HR consulting firm and online HR document provider servicing small businesses primarily in Colorado, insurance companies and brokers, and multi-channel third party alliances.

“JER HR Group is a recognized leader in compensation consulting and brings more than 30 years of experience in HR services, working with clients nationwide. Acquiring HRP, which has been in business since 2003, enhances JER HR Group’s geographic footprint. The resources in the HRP online portal are part of the transaction and will be incorporated into DelegateHR, a centralized HR Document Management System scheduled to launch soon, and part of our Trainery brand of HCM solutions,” said Mahesh Kumar, Managing Director of JER HR Group.

Human Resources Plus, Inc. is the third acquisition by JER HR Group within 12 months. “Our objective is to become a single source of HR information and services for our clients. We already have robust SaaS based HCM solutions under TraineryHCM and new product solutions in development which will launch this year. Integrating the consulting talent of HRP along with its online knowledge base expands our product capabilities and addresses our client needs,” Kumar said.

Rebecca Page, Co-Founder and President of Human Resources Plus said, “Our focus has always been on our clients. The depth of experience, visionary growth, and performance of JER HR Group will provide expanded opportunities for our clients without losing the personal touch. Co-Founder Erin Osbourne and I, alongside our team, are excited to make the transition. JER HR Group is a perfect partner and an excellent choice to take us to the next level.”
