Herbein | Mosteller HR Consulting, a division of leading CPA advisory firm Herbein + Company, Inc. (Herbein), announced that Laurel E. Cline has been promoted to Senior Vice President, HR Consultant. Cline has been a vital member of the firm for over 24 years.
In her new role, Cline will have overall responsibility for management of Herbein | Mosteller HR Consulting, including continuing to manage client projects and relationships in her primary areas of expertise of compensation, HR policies and procedures, employee investigations, organizational development and HR outsourcing, managing the firm’s consultants, monitoring project results, as well as business development.
Prior to joining Herbein | Mosteller HR Consulting, Cline had over 13 years of comprehensive HR management/HR operations experience including compensation, employee engagement, succession planning and HR Best practices within the financial services and manufacturing industries. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Speech Communication, Cline is also a graduate of PA Bankers Association of Intermediate School of Banking, a member of WorldatWork, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Cline is actively involved in the community and serves as a long time Board member of Family Guidance Center, a local not-for-profit.
Chester (Chet) Mosteller will continue as the firm’s CEO, and focus on business development, developing joint products and services within the multiple professional services provided by Herbein, and offering guidance and expertise as needed throughout the firm’s client base.
