On a regional level, Ramjee will be reporting to Hassen Bennour, CEO – Middle East & Southern Africa, Coface. On a local level, she will be reporting to Jacqui Jooste, CEO and Country Manager – South Africa, Coface. In her new role, Ramjee will lead the HR function and HR value chain for South Africa, Dubai, and Egypt. “My key priorities in this role will be to ensure that Coface is seen as “Employer of Choice” in terms of attracting and retaining talent and to focus on digital transformation, diversity, and inclusivity within the organization,” Ramjee told ETHRWorld.
