Wunderman Thompson India has announced the appointment of Jyoti Mahendru as its new Chief People Officer, effective 1st August 2022. She would be reporting to CEO Shams Jasani.

In her new role as Chief People Officer, Mahendru will be responsible for talent development and talent acquisition strategies across the group. She will also headline growing and enhancing the agency’s DEI, talent management, and development initiatives.
Mahendru has close to three decades of experience in the industry in talent, growth, and transformation. She has previously held leadership positions across diverse industries, such as Media, Retail & Advertising. Before Wunderman, she served as the Executive Vice President – Human Resources at McCann Erickson. She also counts Star TV, Bharti Wal-mart, Barista, and Modicare as her previous employers.
