GoCo Named G2 Category Leader for Core HR Systems in New Report

GoCo.io, a leading provider of flexible software solutions for HR, benefits, and payroll, today proudly announced its technology company being named as a category leader in Core HR Systems in G2’s Winter 2022 report.

G2, a software review and research company serving over 60 million people, rated GoCo as a market leader based on client satisfaction — based on user reviews, popularity ranking, and quality of reviews — and the G2 Momentum score, which factors in company year-over-year employee growth, review growth, social media growth, and website traffic growth.

“Being named a category leader really validates the progress we’ve made in delivering on our mission of empowering SMBs to eliminate manual HR tasks, and focus on making work a better place,” said Nir Leibovich, CEO of GoCo. “We’ve always had great customer reviews, but moving to the market Leader position speaks volumes to how our market presence has grown over the last year.”

In the G2 report, GoCo’s satisfaction score of 92 was among the top 5 for the dozens of global brands included in the report. GoCo focused its technology on serving small and growing HR departments, which typically lack the resources and time to handle the complex and tedious tasks of employee onboarding, benefits administration, time, and more.

GoCo’s technology is designed to be flexible and helps HR teams better serve their organizations by working more efficiently and giving them time to focus on people issues such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention.

“The best proof of GoCo’s approach to flexible technology is in the high rating we have with G2 and the real people filling out user reviews,” Leibovich said. “I’m proud of the work our team does to innovate and support the HR people on the front lines.”
