A passionate and knowledgeable HR professional, Tessa will be responsible for leading Colt’s HR function and implementing the recently announced three-year strategy across the global organization. In her new elevated role, she will continue to foster a culture of innovation at Colt and accelerate growth through the power of its people.

This experience will be invaluable as Colt embarks on its new strategy, which centers on ensuring it’s agile enough to support enterprises tackle the business challenges of today.

Keri Gilder, CEO, said: “During her time at Colt, Tessa has demonstrated the leadership qualities, experience, and enthusiasm needed to lead our people strategy during the next stage of our growth. I’m thrilled for her to be joining the Executive Leadership Team as Tessa embodies what we as a leadership team passionately believe in, which is our people are the key to our success. Therefore, they need to be at the center of what we do, and in turn, we as an organization need to ensure we’re set up to support their mental wellbeing and growth, so we can all thrive.”

“The fact that we can fill this position internally is also a testament to the talent we have in the Colt family, and I look forward to seeing Tessa’s continued success,” Gilder added.

Speaking of her appointment, Raum commented: “It’s a time of tremendous change for the industry, Colt, and enterprises globally. In the last year, our people have worked tirelessly to support our customers and I’ve never been prouder to be a part of Colt. With our new strategy laid out for the next three years, I’m excited to empower our people to really execute on it, so we can all play a role in driving Colt forward together.”

Tessa is based in London and commences her role immediately.
