Biocon Biologics Appoints Naveen Narayanan as Its CHRO

Biocon Biologics, a unit of Biocon has appointed Naveen Narayanan to lead the HR and people practices for the entity. In his new role, Naveen will be responsible for the entire gamut of People and Culture globally. Prior to joining Biocon, Naveen was associated with KPISOFT, which is a leading global AI-based continuous performance platform as MD – Human Capital Consulting, Solutions & Transformation for close to three years. With over 28 years of experience, he has worked across industries and with notable brands like Publicis. Sapient, Arrow Group Global, HCL Technologies Accenture, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Announcing his appointment on LinkedIn, the company said, “We are happy to welcome Naveen Narayanan as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Biocon Biologics. He is an experienced professional who brings a rich understanding of global Human Capital Strategy to assist businesses with the challenging task of navigating the digital economy,” “He is also recognized as a thought-leader across Human Capital domains, as varied as global talent management, digital thinking, workplace diversity, and international development. We look forward to his valuable contributions to the company.” It said. Beyond work, Naveen describes himself as an author. He is also a public speaker and an activist for girl child education where he runs an NGO sponsoring and mentoring 150 girls on a 6-year scholarship.
