AmTrust Wins Several Employer Recognition Awards for 2022

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a global specialty property casualty insurer, was named among the 2022 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). Recipients of the award were selected by an independent research firm that assessed organizations for their diversity, work-life balance, employee education, retention, and other categories.

AmTrust was recently honored with other winners during the Illuminate Business Summit, a virtual week-long celebration featuring networking and educational tracks, which took place November 7-10, 2022.

“At AmTrust, we place great emphasis on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that enables our employees to succeed,” said Chaya Cooperberg, EVP, Chief People and Communications Officer. “We support AmTrust team members across the major pillars of wellness –mental, emotional, physical and financial. We appreciate this recognition of our values and strong culture.”

Earlier last year, AmTrust was selected as one of the 2022 Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness, a program which honors companies specifically for employee wellbeing, worksite health and wellness. AmTrust’s “AmWell” corporate wellness program offers sessions, activities, and courses on a variety of topics, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and health screenings.

AmTrust was also named one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For,” which acknowledges companies with innovative business and human resources practices in the Atlanta metro area.

In addition to the Best and Brightest Awards, AmTrust was recognized for one of The 50 Elite Internships in 2022 by RISE (Rising Insurance Star Executives, LLC), a membership organization that rates the strength of internship programs in the insurance industry.
